Q: How does this "I Buy Houses" thing work?

A: We are Full-Time real estate investors dedicated to bringing solutions to real estate problems in a dignified, professional and confidential manner. The first step is for you to fill out the appropriate contact form and then we will then contact you to set up your free and confidential phone interview to discuss solutions to your real estate situation.

Q: But what if my house is in VERY BAD shape?

A: This would not prevent us from looking at your home.

Q: My home is in good shape, but I have no equity. Can you still help me?

A: In most cases, that is not an issue.

Q: Why would I sell to you when I can sell my home through an agent?

A: Most folks have exhausted that option before coming to us and/or they cannot afford the real estate commissions or need to sell their home very fast. Each and every situation is different. We understand that and are willing to take action now to solve your real estate problem.
